Downers Grove who helped make the race in 2007 a success. Over 2,400 people
participated
in last year's race.

held Thanksgiving morning to raise money and awareness to help build
character and community commitment.

consideration for being allowed to participate in the
Bonfield Express 5K Race/Walk (“the event”), and
recognizing that there are certain risks of physical
injury related to such participation, I hereby
voluntarily agree to assume the full risk of any and all
injuries, damages or loss, regardless of severity, that
my minor child(ren) or I may suffer as the result of
participating, and I further agree to waive, covenant
not to sue, release and hold harmless The Bonfield
Express Foundation (“The Foundation”), its officers,
directors, representatives, staff, volunteers, agents,
sponsors, employees and members from any and all
injuries, damages and claims I or any family member I am
signing on behalf of, including minor children, may
suffer or incur as the result of participating in the
event. If this registration is for a family, I am
authorized to execute this waiver and release on behalf
of all persons I register. Parent or guardian signature
required for participants under 18 years of age. There
shall be no refund if the event is cancelled due to any
cause. Each participant agrees to The Foundation’s use
of any photos taken of them during their participation
in the event.
